In this edition of GRIFF’s Prayer, GRIFF explains that he was struck by a feeling of thankfulness after he witnessed a mother at the airport with her child on a leash. Whenever the child would begin to stray, she would tug the child back to her. GRIFF couldn’t help but notice that this mother was not black.
He thanks God for the black moms out there who didn’t need leashes, because their eyes, lips and tone of voice did everything that a leash could do and more. Check out this exclusive video to hear more of this hilarious clip from “Get Up! Mornings With Erica Campbell.”
