Grammy-nominated No Malice chatted with GRIFF and Erica Campbell about his new song,”Fake News.” The rapper and author, best known for being one half of the hip-hop duo The Clipse, is also the executive producer of the Netflix documentary “The End of Malice.” He talks about the decision he made to stand up for his faith and walk away from a successful group, and why it wasn’t really a decision. He talks about how it came out of the suffering he went through, and why he “couldn’t have done it in and of himself.”

No Malice also shares the inspiration behind “Fake News” and its album, “Let The Dead Bury The Dead.” He reassures fans that like his style, “It’s still me now, I’m just telling the entire story.” He talks about looking back on how he used to portray himself, and the things he used to say in his music, and wanting to cringe. However, he explains, he won’t condemn it. Click on the audio player to hear more in this exclusive interview from “Get Up! Mornings With Erica Campbell.”
