Romeo explained his fascination with dating shows, noting that while some enjoy nightlife, he finds pleasure in watching programs like The Bachelor. Erica was curious about the challenges and activities on the show. Romeo revealed that unlike traditional dating shows with a large number of contestants, Finding Romeo features a maximum of eight participants. This format is designed to mirror real-life dating scenarios, where individuals typically get to know a few people at a time. The show includes challenges that encourage contestants to follow their hearts and instincts.

Mr. Griff, another guest on the show, asked Romeo if he had watched The Golden Bachelor. Romeo confirmed, sharing that his viewership of various dating shows provides valuable lessons about love. He noted that some viewers react negatively when people choose partners they believe are best for them. Romeo aims to impart these insights on his show, encouraging viewers to embrace love openly and sincerely.
