Spriggs, who has been involved in music for nearly six decades, shared a bit about his background and his long-standing love for gospel music. “I’ve been singing for about 58 years,” he revealed. “I’ve always been a fan of gospel and have had the privilege of working with incredible artists like Hezekiah Walker and Thomas Whitfield.” His vast experience in the music industry has shaped his unique approach to gospel music, and he is passionate about keeping choir music alive.

His latest project, The Art of Choir Music, is a testament to this passion. “I wanted to bring choir music back, but with a twist,” Spriggs explained. “Whether or not you have a choir lead, the music should still have the same impact.” He emphasized that his album caters to both professional choirs and smaller groups, ensuring that everyone can enjoy and perform choir music regardless of resources.
