Curtis, known for her incredible vocal range and passionate worship style, called in to introduce her brand-new single Bless Your Name, a soulful anthem that’s already stirring hearts. Erica couldn’t help but mention how fabulous Maranda always looks—and joked about her possibly drinking “blessed oil” to keep her vocals that strong.
But while the jokes had listeners laughing, the heart of the conversation was deeply personal.

When Erica asked how it felt to kick off her new project Worship Restored with such a strong declaration, Maranda shared that the song reflects exactly who she is. “I’ve been a worship leader for 26 years,” she said. “It was important to me to write something churches and praise teams could really use.”
More than just a song, Bless Your Name is a spiritual marker for Maranda. She opened up about losing her mother six years ago and how it changed the way she worshipped. Grief, she said, shifted everything. But recently, she’s started to feel the sun shine again. “It’s a different season,” she shared. “I can bless God from a place of healing and joy now.” Her previous album carried the weight of her pain, but this new project is filled with hope.
Erica, in turn, praised Maranda for always bringing authenticity to her ministry, saying, “It’s never a performance with you. I always know you’re trying to connect us to the Father.”
