Charles Butler & Trinity is a two-time stellar nominated gospel group, comprised of about 17 people. Charles chatted with Erica Campbell & GRIFF about their new single, “The Blood,” and the inspiration behind it. He talks about being the Minister of Music and the challenge of finding songs for communion, which helped give birth to the single.

Charles talks about the group being together ever since high school, and being seen out and about as a smaller ensemble because travel with large groups is difficult nowadays. He reflects on his experience with “Bobby Jones Gospel,” backing up a lot of gospel artists, and how that has given him a lot over his career.
