Wright emphasized the power of video content, noting that everyone has the tools to capture what they do. “Whether you have an iPhone or even an Android, you need to start recording yourself,” he said, sharing the example of a private chef who built an impressive following by simply showcasing her work. He urged listeners, especially those with hands-on jobs like baking or driving, to realize that people want to see their process and connect with their brand through video.

When asked about how technology can serve churches and gospel artists, Wright explained that churches produce fresh content weekly and should be taking advantage of this by turning sermons into short, vertical video clips for social media. For gospel artists, he pointed to the success of virtual concerts during the pandemic, which allowed deeper audience engagement. He encouraged them not to abandon that digital connection now that in-person events have returned.

Campbell also inquired about turning viral views into income. Wright advised using affiliate links, creating online courses, or building communities to monetize attention. “People don’t understand the value of a like or follow—it’s someone paying you with their attention,” he explained, encouraging people to offer their audience something more meaningful beyond just content.

Before wrapping up, Wright shared his latest project, a podcast called Business Bible Study. The podcast combines business leadership insights with scripture from the John Maxwell Bible, which Wright is reading to hold himself accountable and inspire others to explore how the Bible can help grow their businesses.
