Ex-Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, who was in office during what's become known as the Flint Water Crisis, was expected to be indicted for his role in the deadly outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in 2014 and 2015.
The funds are not new and come from a $120 million federal and state loan granted to Flint in 2017 by the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act of 2016.
