In addition to working with students enrolled in Prof. Braxton Shelley’s The Gospel Imagination class in the Music Department, Smallwood will take part in a public event that features him in an evening of conversation with Shelley and in song with the Kuumba Singers of Harvard College, Inner Strength Gospel Choir of Boston University and Tufts University Third Day Gospel Choir — culminating in a performance with all three choirs and Smallwood in a rendition of his signature song “Total Praise”. The event, which is FREE and open to the public, will take place 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 19 at Sanders Theatre. Seating is first come, first served.
Congratulations!
