Pastor Taffi Dollar, co-pastor of World Changers Church International, CEO of Aero Global Entertainment, and founder of the Radical Women’s Ministry, joined Erica Campbell on Get Up Mornings to discuss the power of empowering women and the upcoming Radical Women’s Conference. When asked about the inspiration behind the Radical Women’s Ministry, Pastor Taffi expressed that it’s all about celebrating women and acknowledging the strides made by those who’ve paved the way. “We are celebrating left and right, just the accomplishments of so many people who’ve gone before us, who’ve blazed the trail, cleared the glass ceiling, and those who are even breaking the glass ceiling,” she said. She emphasized the importance of building a strong community of women who can support and empower each other.

As both a spiritual leader and a mother, Pastor Taffi also shared advice for women balancing their personal dreams with their family responsibilities. She stressed the importance of being intentional and mindful of one’s unique calling from God. “I think you have to be purposeful and intentional about what it is that you’re graced to do,” she said, urging women to recognize their strengths and vulnerabilities while trusting in God for guidance.
