During the 2016 annual BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards, multiple GRAMMY award-winning singer and songwriter Toni Braxton was honored with the esteemed BMI President’s award.

Her tribute performers were Donald Lawrence & Company who sang “You Mean the World to Me”, Ledisi sang “Seven Whole Days” along with the Braxton sisters, Towanda, Traci, and Trina who performed “Breathe Again”. But the trending moment was when gospel powerhouse Yolanda Adams had the crowd roaring and Toni Braxton in tears as she sang “Un-break My Heart”.
